Im a salesman for a car dealership, and my responsibilities include anywhere from last-minute detailing to taking customers on test drives and communicating with them every step of the way. My main goals and objectives are to learn and understand automobiles by studying their characteristics and features, comparing and contrasting other similar models to fully understand and answer anything that may be asked. Fill the necessary management reports, provide sales management reports, and, last but not least, closing the sale.

Step 1:
Rewrite each of the three tasks & then reflect on if and how that shifts how you view that particular task, and how it might influence you to engage differently with the work environment (car salesman). Be detailed!
