Research indicates that knowing about yourself as the educator as well as your audience, will help you in your teaching and working with others. This supports the premise that educators should select a variety of strategies to assist the learning styles of the audience. Select two learning style surveys from the list below (or search the Internet and choose two of your own).  Take the surveys and save the results:

Index of Learning Style Questionnaire (Links to an external site.)
Learning Style Inventory (Links to an external site.)
What is your Learning Style?  (Links to an external site.)

Identify the two learning style surveys that you completed and write a brief description of the findings. What type of learner are you? How were the results similar between the two surveys? Were you surprised by the results? why/why not? How is this information valuable to you as an adult learner and as the potential educator of adult learners?

You can leave a response, or trackback from your own site.
