What is the first hospital doing that is yielding a high level of quality? What could the second hospital do to increase their level of quality? Finally, how would you increase value to the services provided by both hospitals?

Individual Business Analysis Project 

The student is to choose a business organization to visit and thus prepare an original case study analysis. The assignment should reflect the students ability to recognize and define business strategy and practices from strategic management concepts and apply them to real-life situations. The student is expected to prepare the case study by following the Case Study Guidelines, Case Study Rubric and the 6th edition of the APA Manual. A sample paper has been provided. Individual Business Analysis PowerPoint

The student is to prepare a 7-10 slide PowerPoint summarizing the previously submitted Business Analysis Project. This PowerPoint should be prepared in a professional manner that includes transitions and animations.
