Job task analysis has come a long way.  From so called “efficiency experts” to modern analytic methods.  Tell us how you would assess the development of a new job. Tell us the title, basic job responsibilities and most importantly the characteristics that an ideal candidate for the job would possess. Then tell us how you came to conceptualize the job and the ideal candidate.
