•   Describe the organizations environment, and evaluate its preparedness for virtualization.
• Explain Microsoft (or another product) licensing for virtualized environments.
• Recommend a configuration for shared storage; make sure to discuss the need for high availability and redundancy for virtualization for the organization.
• Explain Windows Azure capabilities for virtual machines and managing a hybrid cloud, including Windows Azures Internet as a Service (IaaS) and storage capabilities
• Make a recommendation for cloud computer use in the organization, including a justification for your recommendations.
• Submit your research paper as a single document. Your paper should meet the following requirements:
• Be approximately 2-4 pages in length, not including the required cover page and reference page.
• Follow APA6 guidelines. Your paper should include an introduction, a body with fully developed content, and a conclusion.

As noted by Janssen, Wimmer and Deljoo (2015), the technological debate centers around technology and humans, technology and society, and technology itself. The question is: Who drives technology?

1. Are humans the drivers of technology or does technology drive humans?
2. Does technology possess any values of its own and are these values given to technology by humans or does technology have no values whatsoever and is it completely neutral?
3. What is the relationship between technology and society, does technology constitute society or is it the other way around?

Elaborate on each of the drivers of technology. Make sure to include your opinion for each driver.

Your research paper should be at least 3 pages (800 words), double-spaced, have at least 4 APA references, and typed in an easy-to-read font in MS Word (other word processors are fine to use but save it in MS Word format). Your cover page should contain the following: Title, Students name, Universitys name, Course name, Course number, Professors name, and Date.

In Week 8, you will submit your final paper.  Apply the feedback provided on your papers from week 2, Week 4, and Week 6.  Combine these three papers in to a single cohesive final paper. Make sure that each section of your overall paper includes in-text headings to organize the content for your reader. Include an abstract, an introduction section, and a summary/conclusion. Ensure that you have a final References page with matching citations throughout the text for the references provided. Make sure the document is written in a professional tone, using formal language and appropriate APA formatting. Submit the final assignment.

There should be at least three scholarly sources listed on the reference page.  Per APA, the paper should use a 12-point Time New Roman font, should be double spaced throughout, and the first sentence of each paragraph should be indented .5 inches.  The body of the paper should be 3 5 pages in length.  The Title, Abstract, and Reference pages do not count towards the page count requirements.

• Introduction: The body of a paper always opens with an introduction. The introduction contains a succinct description of the issues being reported.
• Company Overview:  The section should include the company name, the industry they are in and a general overview of the organization.
• Challenges: Discuss the challenges the organization had that limited their profitability and/or competitiveness and how they planned to leverage Cloud Computing to overcome their challenges.
• Solution:  Describe the organizations Cloud Computing implementation and the benefits they realized from the implementation.  What was the result of implementing Cloud Computing?  Did they meet their objectives for fall short?
• Conclusion:  Summarize the most important ideas from the paper and also make recommendations or how they might have achieved even greater success

The answer of each question won’t be longer than one paragraph ( 4-5 sentences) based mainly and exclusively  on the on the article. Be specific in your answers as much as you can.
